Our Recent Deal

The Blackhawk team was successful in acquiring and developing this important project conducting clinical trials to improve mental health conditions.

Blackhawk acquired MindBio, developed the brand and intellectual property, built a team and raised capital and then spun MindBio out as a separate listed company on the CSE.

MindBio (CSE:MBIO) is one of a few public listed biopharma companies with two fully funded Phase 2B clinical trials and the only one listed in North America that is specializing in a scalable microdosing treatment model for depression.

We secured the funding to conduct multiple clinical trials, appointed a highly experienced management team and board and then listed the company on the Canadian Securities Exchange. Shareholders of BLR received a 1:1 shareholding in MindBio. MindBio is progressing both its drug development program and capital market strategy as it heads towards potential Phase 3 clinical trials.
